Introduction to the project:
Through this project ENGINEERINSTRUMENTS Ltd plans to introduce an Enterprise Resource Management Software which is composed of the following modules: CRM, production, work hours and HR, supply chain and logistics, controlling, electronic record management and mobile applications. The aim of this investment is to modernize the information system and to improve efficiency and transparency within the company.

Introduction to the project:
ENGINEERINSTRUMENTS completes mechanical design and assembly as a part of its industrial automation projects. As of now the manufacturing of custom parts is done by suppliers. The disadvantage of this is a long implementation (generally 4 to 8 weeks) period and in many cases there are delays. The interconnection of the processes and the increase of their efficiency is a technological novelty, through the adaptive innovation the length of implementation of the company’s projects decrease, thus increasing the company’s competitiveness, therefore new processes and technologies will be introduced to the market as a result of this project. ENGINEERINSTRUMENTS’ goal was to acquire its own machining center in order to be able to serve its current activities and to be able to create a new service. As a result a new service will be created that is connected to the current activities of the company, i.e. it will be able to produce and provide multifarious products and services. Thanks to the machining center the company will gain market advantage in several areas. Of these the two that are outstanding: – The currently ongoing activities, the shortening of the industrial automation production deadlines, the increase in product quality, this will allow the company to win numerous new projects and will increase its productivity. – The launch of the new industry rental component machining. Many of our existing partners and companies geographically close to us would enlist for our new service, this opens a new market oppurtunity for ENGINEERINSTRUMENTS. As a part of the asset acquisition, we acquired a device that wasn’t available to us previously. As a result of this development we are able to produce a new product, service connected to our current activity, i.e we are now capable of producing and providing multifarious products and services. As an innovative company within the frameworks of this current project our goal was to acquire a unique modern flexible 3D corrosive CNC machining center, which belongs to the advanced automotive and other mechanical engineering technologies. Its main advantage is its productivity. It can be loaded by multiple types of raw materials simultaneously after which it automatically selects, moves and cuts these materials. This gives the advantage that it requires minimal intervention from the operator.
