Depending on the nature and the degree of completion of the product, the system can accompany each product from the addition of packaging material, the shaping and gluing of the packaging material to the boxing, palletizing and foiling steps.

We have experience with paper and plastic packaging technologies.
Our systems are flexible regarding the work-piece parameters (size, weight, degree of readiness) and series size. They can be adjusted to meet the expectation of both small and large series’. They work precisely, are reliable and have short cycle times, even for large series.
Our production cells are adapted to the nature and characteristics of production. The advantages of the modular construction of the automated packaging systems include; practical maintenance and can be expanded with additional functions as required.

Automated Packaging into Paper

A solution to recyclable packaging is paper based packaging. We offer the solution for both smaller sized products such as health and hygiene products and larger products such as automotive parts.

Automated palletizing and foiling system

It’s recommended that the completed palett at the end of the palettizing process is foiled in order to ensure the safety of the packaging and that the products remain fixed on the palett. The automated foiling system will foil the palett in a reliable manner without an operator.

The depalletizing system is capable of automatically disassembling the transporting packaging (palett) into collector or unit packaging. If needed it is capable of preparing the product for the next stage of production it can even do quality control.

Palletizing is the preparing of collectivelly packaged products for transport packaging. An automated system that tracks the production line capacity and its basic parameters are flexibly adjustable (stack height, stack image, collective packaging dimensions, etc.).

Engraving

With our mechanical and laser solutions, we can engrave inscriptions and data matrices on metal and plastic work surfaces swiftly in legible quality, for tracking purposes during production.

Painting

We use painting as an automatic marking technique, with which our machines indicate the position of already tightened screws or the conformity to the quality standards of the inspected products.

We perform digital simulations of complete production lines and production systems, during which you get a genuine picture of the given process and its properties. It helps to optimize and upgrade the efficiency of the desired process parameters (productivity, downtime, transition time, operator work time and schedule, minimization of WIP products, ease of raw material supply, etc.). We prepare analyses for our customers and we check the processes of all the machines manufactured by us with simulation during the design stage.
