ENGINEERINSTRUMENTS is represented every year at the Night of Professions organized by the Géza Pattantyús-Ábrahám Industrial Vocational High School.
Primary school students and their families are most interested in this event as they can get closer to technical education at the school through interactive programs and demonstrations.
Students can also learn about the benefits of dual training, as companies that provide hands-on training also participate in the program.
At the ENGINEERINSTRUMENTS exhibition stand, we present a playful task related to electrical installation and industrial automation.
Using an industrial computer and PLC controller, we display a PACMAN game on a HMI, which, under factory conditions, is a touch-screen industrial automation user interface that allows the operator to give commands to control a machine. The printer connected to the system prints the player’s scores.
In our experience, the audience are actively involved in the game while we explain to them what the tools presented can be used for in an industrial environment.
We are also happy to inform them about the practical training at our company.
